Jordan L. Fischer selected as a 2020 – 2022 ABA Business Law Fellow

 XPAN Law Group, LLC is proud to announce that Jordan L. Fischer, Esq., co-founder & managing partner, was selected as a 2020-2022 Business Law Fellow by the American Bar Association. The Business Law Fellows Program provides opportunities for young lawyers, lawyers of color, lawyers with disabilities and LGBT lawyers to engage with the ABA through unique leadership roles, mentorships and subsidized attendance at Business Law Section Meetings. 

Jordan focuses her practice on international data privacy, cybersecurity and cross-border data management, with a special emphasis in European Union law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). “I look forward to this opportunity to engage at a deeper level with my fellow members of the ABA and to provide effective and thoughtful  discussions and leadership with my colleagues,” states Jordan.
